Executive Chef Boris Cuzon guarantees you the freshness of Atlantic Seafood those will be cooked in different ways to served you in a decorative style. The lip smacking menu includes “Pan-seared scallops with Northern African spices vegetable quinoa couscous with arugula oil”, “Roast monk fish wrap in bacon, candied shallots with pear”, “Skate wing with citrus, passion fruit and fresh coriander” and many delicious more. Prices start from THB 300 ++.

Fulfill your fresh dinner with “New World Cocktails” or one of our very special Wine Flights. A wine flight consists of three sample glasses of wine for the price of one, the perfect way to taste and explore the difference between wines.
