The lip smacking menu includes “Pan-seared scallops with Northern African spices vegetable quinoa couscous with arugula oil”, “Roast monk fish wrap in bacon, candied shallots with pear”, “Skate wing with citrus, passion fruit and fresh coriander” and many delicious more.
